God waits every day for you and me to stop for a moment and listen to Him. What an honor to think that the Lord of the universe has things that He wants to tell us. When was the last time you talked to Him? When was the last time He talked to you? You say He’s never talked to you? Well, maybe that because you weren’t listening. Or maybe it’s because His voice was drowned out by the rush of the day. God’s voice is a still small voice. Listen to Him speak to you in His word and talk to Him. If Jesus needed to withdraw to hear God’s voice, don’t you think that the same might be true for us?
