Immanuel Church Home Page

Pastor Michael Lutz
Pastor Mike Lutz
Welcome to the Immanuel Lutheran Church Home Page.  Please feel free to browse our church and school web site to learn more about Immanuel Lutheran and our congregation.  Here you will learn the history of our church, our philosophy as Lutherans and you can keep abreast of activities and events that are occuring at our church.

If you are not a member of our congregation and you are looking for a church home, we welcome you to attend any of our four weekly services.  I would encourage you to speak with either myself, our Associate Pastor, Greg Griffith, or you can contact our church office and speak with any of our staff members.

Our Philosophy
Our Philosophy of minstry tells us that, "As Christ's Body, we follow His command to make Disciples."  This is done as we worship together, praising the Lord as His family; through education and the study of His Word, as it relates to our daily lives; through witnessing of God's love in word and deed; through fellowship as a family through many and varied activities; and through service in meeting the needs of people.  We therefore feel that "TO KNOW CHRIST MEANS TO SHARE HIS LOVE" in our daily living.

As disciples of Jesus Christ, we believe...
  • God's Word is truth

  • Salvation comes through Jesus Christ alone
  • In applying the teachings of the Bible through Word and Sacrament ministry
  • God wants us to Share Him with those that don't know Him
  • In the power of Prayer
  • Using our God given abilities to Care through the use of time, talents and treasures
  • In family ministry
  • In excellence
  • In God-given and qualified leadership
  • In unity with diversity
  • In ministry to the whole person
