Lynn Christian is a graduate of Concordia, River Forest, Illinois where she received her elementary teaching degree in 1975. After graduation she was married to Bob and began her ministry teaching in Toledo, Ohio teaching 1st grade, where she taught for 2 years. She also played organ, and assisted in youth and men’s choir.

Lynn and Bob have three grown children, Sara, Andy, and Tim, all of which have graduated from Immanuel and Lutheran High School North. Sara, married to Mike, lives in St. Clair Shores and have a son, Giovanni. Andy lives in Mt. Clemens, and Tim, married to Victoria, live in Los Angeles.

Lynn, along with Bob, serves as the Ministers of Music here at Immanuel and over-sees all that is involved with music at Immanuel. Lynn also serves as Immanuel’s organist, and leads a ladies’ Bible study.

Lynn enjoys playing the piano, listening to contemporary Christian music, and being with her family.
